SAUSAGE GRAVY

1/2 lb of turkey sausage (or regular)
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
pinch of salt and pepper

Brown your meat, then cover the meat with flour and pour the milk in. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 5-7minutes. Serve over biscuits or mashed potatoes.
